Yes. Brands can post briefs for free. Creators use credits to unlock the briefs they want. Payment for content is agreed directly between the brand and creator.

Who are the creators?

Independent UGC creators who make content for brands. Review their portfolios and discuss your requirements before agreeing to work together.

How fast will creators reach out?

It depends on your brief and which creators are interested. There is no guaranteed response time or guarantee of a match.

Who sees my contact details?

Only the creators who unlock your brief, up to 3 per brief. Your contact details are not shown in the public feed.

Can I close my brief?

Yes. Close it when you have found a creator or no longer need the content. Closing prevents any further unlocks.

How do I pay creators?

Agree the price, deliverables, usage rights and payment method directly with your creator. Vouchfolk does not process content payments or take a commission on them.
